Webb, P.E. has joined our company as an adviser.    Bob is a highly gifted oil and gas professional with 30 plus years of experience and knowledgeable in operations, commercial agreements and volume accounting.  He is skilled specifically in hydrocarbon measurement primarily in production measurement and allocation and midstream pipeline applications, but also include refining and chemical and refined product distribution applications.  Excellent background in onshore, offshore, subsea, green field and brown field scenarios.  Excellent technical writing skills.  Solid track record in adding value.
